Many clients look for coaching when they feel stuck or have a lack of direction. Some clients may feel frustrated with receiving the same results in certain areas of their lives. Some people may feel as though they are getting nowhere. This can cause frustration, a lack of confidence and low-self-esteem. It can also be a factor in a person is experiencing stress or anxiety.
By having a series of sessions, it can help a person to refocus, feel more motivated and help them to gain clarity and confidence.
Some of my clients like to have regular sessions over a year, as they find it helps them to stay on track with their goals.
All sessions are confidential. Some clients like to be in the privacy of their own home when it comes to talking about relationships, work or emotions. Some feel they’re able to open up more and express how they are feeling more easily.
Clients also agree that they receive great sessions via Skype and their end goals are indeed accomplished.
Payment is made prior to each session by PayPal. This will be explained in the initial chat before booking an appointment.
Cancellation of sessions
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session. If you cancel less that 24 hours, then there will be a charge for the full amount of the session.
