Blushing is such a debilitating issue; I should know – I used to blush! I would blush in many situations, especially if I felt the attention was centred on me. Sound familiar? I know first-hand that it doesn’t have to be that way.
If you were in conscious control of your blushing then you would simply stop it, wouldn’t you? The fact that you cannot must mean that your unconscious is running the blushing impulse. I used to personally blush but through this process let it all go, now I am blush free and feel calm and cool wherever I am.
